JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overseeing the implementation and proper execution of employee.
- Management of staff employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, staff motivation, culture and attitude development
- To assist on doing employees performance appraisals
- To assist on recruitment.
- Assisting on managing health and safety policy at work place.
- Overall management of the payroll, attendance records, staff annual leave, sick leave, emergency and compassionate leave
- To prepare and maintain an accurate records, files and reports including responsibility for maintaining personnel records of employees
- Preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
- Provide day to day office administration
- Ensuring that appropriate business licenses, permits and other business statutory requirements are acquired and met in a timely manner
- Facilitate the coordination of travel plans and itineraries for employees travelling
