Our client is looking for the Insurance claims officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be managing a claim from the start through to settlement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involved
Providing professional and proactive specialist claims management support to Return to Work Specialists, with a view to achieving safe and sustained return to work as early as possible.
Providing a high quality and empathetic customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
Processing new insurance claims notifications
Investigating potentially fraudulent claims
