The Morogoro Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MORUWASA), is an entity charged with the overall operation and management of water supply and sanitation services in Morogoro Municipality replacing the former Urban Water Supply Department, which operated under the Regional Administration.
MORUWASA aspires to be a water authority of excellence, dependable, best provider of water supply and sewerage services to the Morogoro Municipality and beyond, and to have its own culture, identity and operational philosophy.
