PENSION ADMINSTRATOR

This is a position within the pensions team where the individual will be responsible for the daily administration of a large portfolio of clients and will be required to deal with clients and advisor and communicate with our Guernsey office on a daily basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The input of member information on the company database
scanning of documents
review of application forms and documents
completing transfer paperwork and ensuring these are sent out within specific turnaround times
liaising with relevant investment companies to ensure that policy documents are received in a timely manner
compiling scheme members, welcome packs and providing administration support
