01-POSITION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO: MANAGER SHARED SERVICES
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
CREDITORS
Effective management of the company’s creditors portfolio;
Analysis of the aged creditors accounts and preparation of creditors accounts reports to management;
Effective payment of creditors balances ensuring optimal cash utilization.
Ensuring prompt payment of staff expense claims;
Maintaining good relationship with suppliers by advising them on their status of payment and resolving all the disputes
Maintaining appropriate contacts and communication with all suppliers;
Monthly reconciliation of all creditors accounts to individual supplier statements;
Follow up and resolution of supplier queries and complaints;
Processing of all payments into the general ledger;
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly cash flow projections indicating how much will be paid out to assist in cash planning purposes for decision making on optimal utilization of funds in investment and borrowing.
Ensuring compliance with Various Tax Authorities requirements and law on all payments made for both local and international suppliers.
To ensure all the statutory, regulatory, leases and loans are paid by their due dates to avoid defaulting and being charged interest and penalties.

02-POSITION: SALES MANAGER – COASTAL ZONE
REPORTS TO: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, TANZANIA
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To sell Precision Air products and network to achieve the set sales targets within the area of sale in the assigned territory.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, execute and drive the passenger sales and Marketing plan guaranteeing exposure of Precision Air’s product facilitating delivery of the company’s sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain sales team and network to ensure sustenance of profitable sales revenues and market share for Precision Air.
Anticipate and ensure timely reaction to developing market trends in order to maximize on opportunities that arise and minimize adverse impact on company sales.
Monitor competitor activities, evaluate recommended competitive pricing level to deliver expected yield, margin and revenue targets.
To be the principal administrator for Precision Air in the assigned territory and safeguard PW’s interests.
Provide input and participate in the identification and progress of new business opportunities for revenue growth (through special prorate/interline agreements/partnerships etc).
Participate in PW’s passenger revenue budget process.
Assess and propose appropriate incentive scheme to TA, Corporate travel, and
government so as to enhance productivity, efficiency and maximization of revenue.
Develop and monitor expenditure budget vs. actual expenditure and control costs.
Develop customer profile database and records.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT;
Creating, receiving and keeping relevant records in accordance with correct filing rules.
Disposing of records in accordance with authorized disposition instruments and established procedures
Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
