DESCRIPTION:
requires someone with basic background knowledge of accounting. Well disciplined in the documentation, a person who understands the values of accounting and record keeping. The person must be tough enough to overlook on other administration issues including fleet management, management of other employees like drivers. Keeping all human resource related documentations for all staff. Make sure all the company policies are adhered to by other staff.
The person will also be responsible to make bookings in the hotels and other services providers for the guests. Make sure all bookings are confirmed and paid on time. He/she will also be responsible to communicate with the suppliers and make good negotiations of the deals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Must have a good knowledge of using computers (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must)
- Must be able to perform bank reconciliation
- Must have a very deep knowledge of using Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas
- Must be able to use office email system like outlook
- Must be able to communicate in a highly professional manner
- Must have enough reputation to communicate with the outside world
- Must possess a very good English command, orally and in writing
Age: Not more than 35 years.
