MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in a family planning-related field and 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working cross culturally
Experience working in Kenya or Tanzania
Strong writing skill in English
Experience presenting family planning topics to large groups in English
Experience developing a strategy for a group or organization
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Kiswahili language skills
Proven self-starter
Proven ability to create and nurture partnerships with other organizations
Key informant interviewing experience
Staff training experience
Experience doing stakeholder analysis
Established relationships with academics or non-profits focused on family planning and reproductive health
