Night Manager Vacancy
Luxury Hotel is seeking a highly motivated Night Manager .
Night Duty managers are generally responsible in various hotel aspects that happen overnight.
Providing a visible management presence while on duty.
Communicating with customers (handling complaints, collecting ideas on improving the operation, providing information, selling facilities, checking premises, reporting any damages and breakdowns and checking if repairs have been completed)
Communicating with employees (problem solving, distributing work duties, providing all means to get the work done). Assisting other heads of departments with their work. Reporting to the general manager

Qualifications:
Min Matric and formal hospitality qualifications
Previous experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector
